We are an all-inclusive one stop intimate ceremony/reception destination in historic downtown Eustis, just 35 miles north of Orlando!
With packages starting at $555, every package is all-inclusive of minister, coordinator, music, use of two dressing rooms, fully decorated spaces, bouquets and boutonnier. Photography starts at $300 for the first hour and $150 for each addtional hour. Some clients add the extra hour for a Sunset/park shoot. Sometimes they add extra hours for a reception on site. Typically if your having a reception you will need a 3+ hour shoot to get good coverage of your event. Whether your choice is 0 guests or up to 50, our adorable Euro-inspired intimate Chapel or garden gazebo are the perfect setting for your private nuptials!

For a max of 50 guests, perhaps LWC is the perfect spot for an intimate little gathering ? Below are just a few examples of many of the different events we have hosted . NOTE ! During the Summer/Rain May-Sept season for groups 30-50 guests a large "Event Tent $500" rental is pretty much a "Must" to insure a successful event ! Even if it does not rain at your wedding time, understand set up needs to get done hours before, if a passing shower comes through, it can ruin your set up. 4 Smaller 10x10 festival tents are avial for $200 however only recomended for small groups as when put side by side they do not offer nearly as good of protection . (it is better than nothing) NOTE.! for general photography ceremony "and" reception coverage you will need a min of 3 hours to cover the key moments of the event . (Note event tent rental companies typically need a 1 week notice to secure a reservation for their crew to come set it up)
